Here’s what’s new (and fixed) as of mid-January 2026. **PNL Insights – Now Live** [](https://substackcdn.com/image/fetch/$s_!Cdy3!,f_auto,q_auto:good,fl_progressive:steep/https%3A%2F%2Fsubstack-post-media.s3.amazonaws.com%2Fpublic%2Fimages%2Fcb259341-33c5-410e-89ad-86dbe1310acb_2554x1350.png) If you’re tracking your bets in the PNL tab, we’ve added a whole layer of insights to help you actually understand your results. You can now see: - How many times you’ve bet on each team (volume exposure) - Your best and worst days of the week - Current and historical streaks (hot & cold) - Which teams have been your biggest winners… and which ones have quietly destroyed your bankroll This stuff is huge for spotting personal biases and leaks you didn’t even know you had. Are you way overexposed to one franchise? Do you crush it on Tuesdays but bleed on weekends? These visuals make it obvious. ****Bug Fixes** ** - Fixed the glitch with 5/5 model additional signals they’re now displaying and triggering correctly. - Late-night/West Coast games were sometimes jumping to “Final” status way too early. That’s resolved status and scores now update properly no matter the time zone. **In the Lab: New Featured Pick Filter (Testing) ** We’re currently testing a stricter **Featured Pick** selection process. It runs through a 4-stage filter: 1. Minimum overall win rate threshold 2. Solid home/away splits 3. Strong performance in the last 10 games 4. Backup from additional signals Goal is to surface only the cleanest, highest-conviction spots. Early sample looks good we’ll publish more stats once we have enough data. **New Signal: “Elite”** We just rolled out a new signal called **Elite**. It only fires for situations/player-team pairings that have: - Large sample size (real statistical significance) - Very strong historical win rate Basically our version of a “this is as close to a lock as the data will allow” flag – but we only show it when the numbers truly back it up. **Other Additions** - ****[Unit Size Calculator](https://otterline.club/calculator)**** – now built in. Plug in your bankroll, risk tolerance, and estimated edge to get proper sizing recommendations - ****[YouTube channel](https://www.youtube.com/@OtterlineBet)**** is live – starting to drop model breakdowns, NHL edge talk, and quick strategy videos. - ****[Podcast](https://open.spotify.com/show/1wFgEaKKHXdmMo08sc6WoV?si=8e58980b2c2e4b53)**** launched – longer-form discussions on variance, market movement, and what’s working right now. We’re not chasing volume or forcing picks. The whole philosophy is simple: build better tools, respect the sample size, and keep improving the win-rate edge without bullshitting anyone.
